To our Tenants

Hello, we know you have been been extremely patient as we sort through every option to insure we are taking care of our tenants in every possible way. We understand the timing of this hurricane being at the end/beginning of the month has caused an extreme amount of frustration dealing with rent. We understand you have more than likely been displaced by Hurricane Laura, so we have come up with a great system that works for everyone. We are asking for your understanding and consideration of all moving parts as we are being faced with decisions we never thought we would have to make. With that being said we have decided to waive all late fees on rent for the month of September. We will also be implementing a pay when you can plan till the end of September. If you are unable to to pay rent by the end of this month please reach out to us via your tenant portal or email us and we will contact you directly to make further arrangements. We hope this can take some stress off of you in these difficult times and want to thank you for being so understanding and remind you that you, as our tenant, are being considered at every angle, in every decision.

As it relates to the damage, we have a team of contractors currently on site in the process of going to every single property to assess the damage.
